Whether you self-manage or work with a managing agent, Thrive helps your RMC or RTM stay organised, maintain oversight, and save time by simplifying everyday administration.

The free trial gives you access to all Thrive features and subscription levels — from small blocks to larger portfolios of up to 10,000 properties. Once it ends, your property limit will depend on your subscription level, which you can upgrade at any time.

If you haven't managed a block before, don't worry, Thrive will offer the information and guidance you need with in depth tutorials and links to web resources.

You can invite others to join your subscription. The number of users you can add depends on your subscription level. Two types of users can be added:

  • Block Managers – add colleagues who help manage the block (limit depends on subscription level).
  • Leaseholders – give owners access to view their own property details via the Leaseholder Portal add-on (extra monthly fee applies).

Management expenses are an allowed service charge expenditure in most leases, so you shouldn't personally have to pay Thrive's monthly fee out of your own pocket. Instead, your RMC / RTM Company can either reimburse you for the fee, or pay it directly. Thrive is available as a fully-featured free trial for the first 12 months. After this trial period, full-featured subscriptions start at just £/month, no contract, cancel any time.
